Our office will begin by drafting and/or reviewing Purchase and Sales Agreements, conducting title exams, and reviewing title insurance commitments. We will work diligently to resolve any title issues and coordinate the closing for all parties involved. We will prepare and review settlement statements and lender packages. After closing, we will issue both lenders and owners title insurance policies.
